Bonhoeffer Movie Night

To round out our class sessions on Dietrich Bonhoeffer, we will gather on Thursday, January 15 at 6:00 in the youth room to watch Bonhoeffer, a documentary produced in 2003 by Martin Doblmeier. Bring snacks and comfy clothes!

Stephen Lynerd Concert

On Sunday, January 11, Trinity will be hosting the Stephen Lynerd Group in concert at 3pm as part of their winter concert tour. They will also be with us in worship that Sunday morning to provide special music. Christmas Eve Service

O Come all ye faithful to a worship service of light and hope. There will be a half hour of special music prior to the service featuring the adult choir, bell choir, and instrumentalists. Worship will immediately follow.

Christmas Eve – Children’s Service

All are welcome to this service where our children and youth act out the Christmas story in real time as it is read aloud. Any child at the service is welcome to wear a provided costume and participate in the story as they desire. If you are able, please arrive by 4:15pm to receive your costume.

Christmas Eve – Short Service

TLC’s Abbreviated Christmas Eve Service is designed for those who may not be able to sit for the entirety of the evening service, but still want to dwell in the Christmas story. Worship is 45 minutes with hymnody, the gospel, and communion. Join us in the main Sanctuary for this service.

Fall Series

Our fall education series will focus this year on the life, legacy, and theology of Dietrich Bonhoeffer. Bonhoeffer was a Lutheran pastor who worked within the German church during World War II as part of the underground resistance against the Nazi regime. His efforts ultimately led to his martyrdom at the hands of the German government, but throughout his life he wrote, reflected, and preached extensively on community, advocacy, and the call the gospel places on our lives.
