Tricia is originally from Baltimore, MD and has lived in Hampton Roads with her family since 2010. She is a family physician and works at the VCU/Riverside Family Medicine Residency program in Newport News, VA. She is married to Jacob Wessler, a pediatrician in the USAF. They have two daughters, Abbi and Ellie, who both attended Trinity Lutheran School beginning when they were in preschool. Kathy Stevens has been a member of Trinity Lutheran Church all her life. She attended Sunday School, First Communion, and Confirmation classes at Trinity. As a young person, she was an active member of the Acolyte Corps and Youth Group and also served in the children’s choir. As an adult, she has held many roles within the church, including nursery volunteer, Sunday School teacher, youth advisor, and lector. Sandy and I joined Trinity in 1986 with our two sons Kevin and Eric. We moved to Virginia from Beaver County Pennsylvania. I have previously served on Council for two terms. I retired from Newport News Shipbuilding in 2015 after 30 years and now enjoy the company of our two lovely Granddaughters Charlotte and Ainsley. Hobbies include golf, bowling, and the walks with our Pomeranian Sophie.
